--Policy and Terms--

(1) A $15 non-refundable security deposit will be required on all projects before I start on them.

(2) PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE ITEM(S) ARE SENT.

 

(3) All payments, unless prior arrangements are made before I start on the project will be expected to be sent via PayPal. 

 

(4) Any designs I create may be used in my advertising, be it on my website, Facebook page, business cards, et al.

These include "samples" sent during the creative process. 

 

(5) All designs will have "©design by shakia tate" or "©stormhaus advertising" 

 

(6) Editing of the design is NOT ALLOWED.  If you require changes contact me so I can do them. 

 

(7) Shakia Tate is not affiliated with any of the businesses unless noted. 

 

(8) ALL samples will be sent as screenshots or have "sample" on them.

(9)  An invoice will be sent for projects from now on with 2.9% plus $0.30 fee added. 

PayPal charges me these fees, I will no longer to absorb that.
